Homeowner here - Had issues with finance early on where incentives offered were pulled on closing day and then I was told it would delay closing if we wanted to get things set up the right way. I like them their properties look nice
Toll Brothers advertises that they are a “luxury home builder” when in reality their low quality and complete lack of customer service places them squarely in the shanty development category. It’s bad enough to have a punch list on new construction hundreds of items long that is still not completed and resolved 18 months post closing but Toll gives 4 hour windows for appointments and subs fail to keep appointments or come on days they aren’t scheduled.
