Yep, Worst builder ever, had to cancel a contract to purchase because of their unreasonable demand to have the inspector sign away all rights even if Toll Brothers purposely harmed the inspector. Ridiculous. Its because they know that any good, seasoned inspectors would not sign it.
Unfortunately one thing after another. Issue after issue. From our salesman’s inability to properly do things (despite over 20 years of experience) to the design center messing up our carpet and cabinets. Now dealing with a damaged door that should have been fixed months ago but Toll and the company refuse to repair it properly despite what the trade tech and office have told me. Cheap materials.
