They made me a beautiful home with standard luxury finishes. They made minor changes home without nickle & diming like other builders do or without going through crazy change orders. They fixed mistakes that were missed by inspection years later. I would definitely buy from them again. Only thing still wrong is roof & exterior walls were left with holes where they met leaving room for critters to come in.
We used Toll Brothers to build a home in the Belterra development near Dripping Springs, TX. We have had nothing but disappointment with the construction of the home and their follow up warranty work. Our garage floor was cracking while the home was still under warranty. They saw it and indicated they would fix the cracks and seal the floor to keep it from happening in the future. Ten months later they want to send out a couple guys and put caulk into the cracks.
