We just closed on a Toll Brothers home 4 weeks ago. We increased our selections of homes to 400k - 500k to insure a better insulated and a more sound proof home. Now we have brought the dogs here we have come to utter SHOCK you can here the dogs inside the home down the street! Our home is improperly sealed.
