I wish this could have been a higher rating but the warranty process has been atrocious. We are 4 months into living in our new house and have barely gone a week at a time without a contractor coming in and out at their leisure to fix all the issue we continue to find. The sales process was easy and straightforward but a false promise of what was to come. No resolution and so many excuses of why things cannot get done as the expectations they have set.
Make sure you get everything you need fixed before you sign the closing documents. Their warranty department is the absolute worst. It's been 3 months since our 30 day warranty submittal and they are still sending the D squad to try out a new trade for the day. For example, I watched 6 guys frame a house in 2 days at the same time 1 guy removed 6 tiles from our shower.
WARNING: DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS BUILDER Working with Toll Brothers following the build has been difficult. They built a home for my mother who is a senior and promised at closing that the documented issues would be addressed as part of the warranty. However, we are now months away from the warranty expiring and they continue to ignore requests and/or send out individuals to provide band aid solutions to major problems.
