Gabby and team are so profit oriented. They gave us a price of the home and we gave a check to lock in the price for a week. Just as it expired and wanted to sign the contract, they increased the price by 50k coz we were so attached to the home. They could have mentioned that this was going to happen but never did.They mentioned it was not any trick, but it was just that. Katrina, her manager was so unattached too. Run don’t walk away from this business. Michael dash is one of their employees and he is a total scam artist and thief. He stole from multiple people and one of my best friends and refused to take accountability. The fact that toll brothers would hire someone with this character speakers volumes and I would not trust them or work with them ever. Hopefully they get trustworthy employees moving forward and stay far far away from him/them!
They employ a thief at their business. He stole from my friends in a different country then came back like nothing ever happened. He blocked her so she can’t reach him! He stole a lot of money also. He is not trust worthy at all so he should not be at this establishment.
