We used Toll Brothers to build a home in the Belterra development near Dripping Springs, TX. We have had nothing but disappointment with the construction of the home and their follow up warranty work. Our garage floor was cracking while the home was still under warranty. They saw it and indicated they would fix the cracks and seal the floor to keep it from happening in the future. Ten months later they want to send out a couple guys and put caulk into the cracks. Horrible experience with Toll Brothers! I have about 10+ open warranty tickets that haven't been addressed since the past two years. These tickets address basic everyday routine issues including garage door not working, issues with foundation & indoor flooring. These guys really need to get their act together.
Fantabulous and AMAZING initial experience.
