They don’t do much to protect the wood from rain that is used for flooring on the townhomes. Buyers, beware. Stacks of wood sit and get soaked in the rain. Then they build the floors and those get soaked in the rain. They could at least cover the palates with a tarp. If your floors are warped, this is why.
