I’m very alarmed by my experience with Toll Brothers, Jordan Pointe. To start they don’t have an active sales representative on sight. I called the number listed on the website and the gentleman answered the phone with a, “Hello” as if I called his personal cell phone or home phone. I called within business hours which were indicated on the website. So I didn’t expect to be met with such unprofessionalism.
