This place is nice, they weren’t kidding about the stairs. There’s lots and lots of them… The natural lighting is plenty and the sales representatives at toll brothers have been extremely responsive. It looks great! The cats are loving it!!! Door dash and uber drivers have been able to find us and neighborhood has been nice. There’s pretty good soundproofing between houses and you cannot hear shouting from the third floor if you’re all the way on the ground office.

Currently in the process of selling my house, a few inspections needed to be completed, but one major inspection was the outside outlet near the AC unit. This outlet had 0 power to it. Have never used the outlet in the 3 years of living here and being the original owner of the home. Well come to find out, whoever did the drywall in the 3rd car garage, covered the power outlet box, which caused the outside outlet to not have power either. Really love the modern exterior design. I think Toll Brothers should build some in down town Las Vegas they would really fit well.
