Hi neighbors, I am a Toll Brothers homeowner in the East Valley, and I am posting in hopes of generating feedback from similarly situated folks who have experienced structural issues with their home that Toll Brothers has failed to address. They are THE worst “luxury” builders in the country. They lie, their customer service is non existent, shoddy work, no follow up, if you try to talk with someone on the phone everybody’s voice mail us full, their own employees are told to lie to the homeowners on 30 day punch list work, etc. Toll Bros is the worst decision ever made. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
We've had a very poor home building experience with Toll Brothers for our Arizona home.
The most terrible experience. We keep getting passed around to new customer care reps and construction managers. Our home is a construction zone, and projects continually fail to be completed. Toll representatives in our community ignore our messages, our kids cannot use their own bedrooms, and we have major holes left exposed after things get “fixed”.
