I bought a brand new Toll Brothers home. But the finishing looks like it is In a 10 year old home. Toll Brothers and its subcontractors keep failing at repairs and also scheduling, communication, and customer service.

RecommendedI’ve lived in the Regency at Summerlin for almost 2 years. It is a great place to be. However, it would be even better if we can get deliveries. Our development is not on google map and some fast food chains won’t deliver because they can’t pull up address on google map. Can someone at Toll fix this annoying issue ?

They have a Great eye to select premium locations and develop not only Residences but Premium Comunities with the most modern amenities, great prices, superb finishes . I love the fact that they have a day when they invite costumers to share their feedback and review the finishing and options in their Las Vegas Studio,. Toll Brothers Developer is always looking forward to see how they can improve their already excellent customer service as well as customer satisfaction in delivering the product they promise. We have been Miss lead over promised and under delivered by Toll Brothers at Regency. No one has ever reached out to us to explain all the delays and lack of action on our home. Your firm doesn’t provide any customer service and doesn’t understand what communication means.
Quality construction, excellent customer service, superior neighborhood locations, amazing architecture and smart floor plans... Always a step ahead when it come to design.
