Horribly run. Hires individuals who are rude. Patently obvious that they're amateurs. Who paves a business parking lot in mid-December, rather attempts to then realizes due to freezing weather, it can't be done. Now, the public will have to deal with dirt/mud throughout the winter into spring. Excellent planning.
