I was extremely pleased with the installers that provided the work at my home. They were very professional and quick with removal and laying my vinyl plank flooring. I did not give 5 stars because I was not really pleased with the person that sold us the flooring. He was very impersonal. After spending $15,000 on the job he never even called to see if everything was ok or thank us for our business. Josh, from the Thunderbird Rd. store in Phoenix, was my salesman. He was outstanding, very professional when he came to my house to measure and pick a definite color. He knows his business and I trusted him, "Boy, do my bedroom carpets look beautiful and the color is spot on"!!!!!! And with Ronnie, the installer, he was super nice and did a fabulous job. Installation and clean-up was 100% what I had expected. Thank you, Direct Carpet One! p.s. My daughter used Direct Carpet One and highly recommended them to me!
