If I could give a minus 10 I would! We applied to be put on their subsidized wait list Dec 22 2022. January 2023 we were asked if we would be open to one of their complexes further north, as much as we hated the thought of leaving our beloved coast we had been homeless for almost a year and couldn’t rationalize passing up an opportunity to finally get a stable roof over or heads so we could begin rebuilding our future. Grand Management will sit you down at the day of signing on a six month lease and stick you for a year lease. Be careful they have a horrible reputation and when things in your place mess up you will wait months and months for things to get fixed. Their places are smoked in moldy and smell of cat pee. If your from out of town and looking to rent avoid this company and El Edwards. Always take pictures and video record move in. Good Luck
