Excellent service from the Ballinger location. We broke down heading to San Angelo for the stock show and Harvey and the service team diagnosed our problem quickly. They said that they would need to order parts, but promised to work our truck in that afternoon to start the repairs. We were offered a rental/loaner vehicle, which we accepted for our trip in. Harvey called the next morning and let us know the truck was fixed and ready for pickup. They exceeded expectations and we were very pleased with how things were handled. ... read more
