Tolin is a nightmare to deal with. My business had a service contract with them, and there were several HVAC repairs we needed. We asked them multiple times for quotes and they kept telling us their manager would get back to us. I'm not going to beg a company to take my business. I shouldn't have to ask for quotes multiple times, especially when I have a service contract. Eventually they got me a quote for one of the items, and they were charging me 4x the price of the part compared to what you can find it on google I called... read more
