Crooks. Ordered $15,000 walk-in tub with installation on March 10, 2021 and paid $5,000 down. Was told orders normally take 2 weeks, but because of the pandemic 4-6 weeks. After 16 weeks of phone calls and lies the tub is coming "soon," I personally visited the company to speak with the owner, Tony Garzony, to demand he return my $5,000. He refused and taunted me to file a lawsuit to get my money back. Terrible people running Toledo New-Bath. Just terrible.
The product is good but the service was terrible. It took 4 months for my tub to get done. I had to call the salesman repeatedly to find out when the installation would take place. Finally finished and I never got a final bill. Then I get a phone call saying they were going to send me to collections because they have sent bills to me when they did not. I would not trust one person in this company.
I had a new tub and shower installed just recently Feb 2019. Toledo New -Bath they were professional got the job done in 2 days . i am so pleased with my new shower and bath tub i would highly recommend this business .

Love the new shower. *** our salesman was professional,showed up for the estimate on time, and simplified the process by not having to add extras as the items you would want were in the basic package. ****** our installer was neat, managed to work in a tight space without damage to walls, floor, vanity, etc.. The work was started Monday morning and completed by early the next afternoon. Everything was left clean when the job was done.The shower looks great and is easy to clean.

Very poor service
I ordered a new shower enclosure to replace an old tub in my condo and made a down payment in early January. In about 2 and 1/2 weeks the order materials arrived and the work was done in 2 days. The installer was friendly and did a good job of cleaning up. I am very pleased with the work.
