**Update: On March 15, 2025, my mother experienced a fall in the bathroom as a result of water that had leaked out of the shower two days after it was last used. Despite my parents' efforts to clean the area following the shower use on Friday, water leaked more on the floor 2 days after the shower was last used. On March 11, 2025, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which prompted a response from Stephanie at Toledo New Bath on March 12, 2025.
