**Update: On March 15, 2025, my mother experienced a fall in the bathroom as a result of water that had leaked out of the shower two days after it was last used. Despite my parents' efforts to clean the area following the shower use on Friday, water leaked more on the floor 2 days after the shower was last used. On March 11, 2025, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which prompted a response from Stephanie at Toledo New Bath on March 12, 2025. Maybe this 1 Star review will get their attention, as my parents who hired Toledo New Bath back in June 2024 to redo their shower and have called numerous times trying to get ahold of someone as their shower leaks due to poor install, we have called all numbers listed stopped at Rynolds location (no one is ever there). I give toledo new bath 0/10 stars for customer service, they are quick to want to take your money but after the job is done they are not quick to want to fix their mistakes.
