I am current tenant at 232 Waggoner I am being forced out because Skip Aston says “I don’t have any homes for rent so i have to raise your rent $50. Not trustworthy people, I’m dealing with rat issues not to mention they never fix anything!! The furnace filter was completely caked up once I found it !! Not to mention the plumbing issues with the toilet and the raggedy washer they had. Smh not good people at all ! I got pictures!!!
