Where everybody knows your name. I love the fact that at Toledo Family Pharmacy you are not a number. I feel so welcome every time I enter through their front door. They always go above and beyond to keep each and every customer satisfied. Thank you, thank you thank you.
Other than no deliveries on weekends and the pharmacist making suggestions they shouldn't without contacting the patient.
Very friendly people. Someone in a wheelchair would have difficulty with the doors. The do offer free delivery to work or home.
