Looks roomy enough to rent.
These apartments are not worth it!, the neighbors are nosey and talk about you when you don’t talk to them at all, and the maintenance ppl don’t do there job at all and blame the people that live there for the things and very rude, there is also mold in the apartments you can’t see in the walls the fire department came and said they had to fix it right away and NEVER fixed it 🤦🏽♀️, the neighbors complain about every noise they hear. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
These apartments are ran down, Roach invested and ran by a lazy land lord. Water is off all the time and the maintenance is slow and unreliable. Can not wait to move out...
My boyfriend lives here and I was visiting him and I left downstairs by myself and one of the mantinace men started screaming and cussing at me about dog poop. During the altercation he told me he would throw dog poop on my boyfriend's door. I felt harassed and unsafe. I had to call the cops and make a harassment report. Unfortunately when I told the property manager she seemed to not care and just told my boyfriend he should have picked up the dogs poop.
