My boyfriend lives here and I was visiting him and I left downstairs by myself and one of the mantinace men started screaming and cussing at me about dog poop. During the altercation he told me he would throw dog poop on my boyfriend's door. I felt harassed and unsafe. I had to call the cops and make a harassment report. I have been here 9 months and every month I been here I had to be in sewer water and for 3 weeks I didn’t have an ac and one day when I was cooking my breaker box pop and now I have an extension cord running from the kitchen to the living room because they won’t fix the problem then when it rains outside it will flood my apartment don’t come looking for a place and don’t get apartment 6D it will ruin your life then they will tell u everything u wanna hear but never fix the problems.. I have kids there is mold in here any day... read more

Worst apartments in all of lubbock... maintenance and management (megan hall) are complete jokes..whats worse that them is the owner john who live outta town..
