These apartments are not worth it!, the neighbors are nosey and talk about you when you don’t talk to them at all, and the maintenance ppl don’t do there job at all and blame the people that live there for the things and very rude, there is also mold in the apartments you can’t see in the walls the fire department came and said they had to fix it right away and NEVER fixed it 🤦🏽♀️, the neighbors complain about every noise they hear. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
These apartments are ran down, Roach invested and ran by a lazy land lord. Water is off all the time and the maintenance is slow and unreliable. Can not wait to move out...
My boyfriend lives here and I was visiting him and I left downstairs by myself and one of the mantinace men started screaming and cussing at me about dog poop. During the altercation he told me he would throw dog poop on my boyfriend's door. I felt harassed and unsafe. I had to call the cops and make a harassment report. Unfortunately when I told the property manager she seemed to not care and just told my boyfriend he should have picked up the dogs poop. I have been here 9 months and every month I been here I had to be in sewer water and for 3 weeks I didn’t have an ac and one day when I was cooking my breaker box pop and now I have an extension cord running from the kitchen to the living room because they won’t fix the problem then when it rains outside it will flood my apartment don’t come looking for a place and don’t get apartment 6D it will ruin your life then they will tell u everything u wanna hear but never fix the problems..
