Although they have changed owners a couple of times, things have ran smooth Getting the right person takes time. Maintance hasnt been to bad. I dont have trouble getting things fixed Sometimes they have their own personal issues and that does slow things down. Valerie is always available, unless of course shes showing, answering the phone, or checking the property. Theres a bus stop close by. The new owers have cleaned up the place and are working on getting things fixed. Remember you give respect, you get respect.

Water is always off. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. I had 2 incidents where my apartment was broken into and electronics and table were stolen. The lady in the office calls in all the time so there is no one in the office most times. Vehicles get broken into and the management doesn’t help with reports. The absolute worse complex in Lubbock. These apartments are not worth it!, the neighbors are nosey and talk about you when you don’t talk to them at all, and the maintenance ppl don’t do there job at all and blame the people that live there for the things and very rude, there is also mold in the apartments you can’t see in the walls the fire department came and said they had to fix it right away and NEVER fixed it 🤦🏽‍♀️, the neighbors complain about every noise they hear. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

These apartments are ran down, Roach invested and ran by a lazy land lord. Water is off all the time and the maintenance is slow and unreliable. Can not wait to move out...
