Karol is extremely professional and well knowledgeable about the property.
Since Victor became the new manager, everything has improved. He’s on top of resident issues, kind, understanding and keeps the property in great shape. The old manager didn’t take care of anything. I had a broken microwave, and Victor got it fixed right away. I love my spacious apartment, the view, the beautiful pools, and our little gym!
Viktor was very helpful with helping us renewing our lease. He was kind/patient and took his time explaining everything to ensure a positive outcome.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to Victor, the Assistant Manager, and Karol Lopez, the Leasing Associate, for making our move into Toledo such a smooth and positive experience! They were both incredibly helpful, informative, and went above and beyond to get my family settled in as quickly as possible. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire process stress-free, and the move-in incentives were an added bonus! I highly recommend Toledo to anyone looking for a welcoming community and great management.
The first person who greeted me was Victor and he was like a breath of fresh air! So sweet and friendly it felt like we already knew eachother haha. Karol was the one who helped me with the quickest and simplest application/tour process, I immediately fell in love with the place and it definitely started with those 2 kind souls. The energy amongst the staff & residents here is amazing I highly recommend!
