Maintenance is horrible, they take forever to get to your place and fix even the smallest of things. They don’t abide by the notes of calling before entry or please let me know when you’re going. I have called so many times and just get a “oh hopefully they will get to it tomorrow” Will not be resigning here
Lived here for less than a year before having to leave due to the constant maintenance and pest issues! When we first moved in we had constant problems in one unit and the AC would always stop working then it would flood the floor then cause mold and they just spray painted over the mold ( the maintenance guy also used our bar stool to stand on to do so staining the stool ). We would also have a never ending ant problem no matter how much pest control came. When we finally had enough they moved us into a new unit and promise... read more
