This morning I visited the Toledo Clinic Lab inside the Comprehensive Care bldg on Holland Sylvania Rd. The phlebotomist named Trish took care of me. She was very courteous, professional and put me at ease. I absolutely HATE having my blood drawn but she made it a pleasant experience. I never felt the needle enter my arm so Thank you again.
