Horribly rude staff. Rung bell had a seat waited 30 min for someone to appear just to tell me they no longer do x rays. No apology for having me wait so long or for my paperwork stating I could go to this location when in actuality I couldn’t.
First, to all people who get an MRI, please do not leave the office without asking for a "disk" that has the data for your imaging data. This is very important! Take this to your doctor because it may not get there otherwise. I drove to The Toledo Clinic Imaging for an MRI more than two weeks ago. I got the MRI and then drove back to Ann Arbor. I had a lumbar MRI w/o contrast done here. In at 7:15 AM, out by 7:45, and that included everything... prep, imaging, and bill paying. I paid cash. I was advised by my neurosurgeon that this is THE place to go in Toledo if you want to skip all the insurance nonsense and progress straight to imaging. Great quality imaging, and their cash-negotiated pricing is incredible. The staff was superlative.
Xray technician gets a 5 star! She was abousley fabulous. The lab tech blood draw lady gets a 1 star. Asked for a pediatric butterfly needle, d/t extremely small rolling veins. Was told the needle used was the same size. Clearly with the major bruise still on my left arm it was not the same. Previously when there a tech used the correct needle there was no bruising. Was there on Wednesday.
