I lost all sense of smell didnt even know that was an option, Im so sad , I can’t recommend them at all
The care and concern I got was a 10 on a 1-10 scale. The staff as well as Janna were very attentive to my situation. With meds they prescribed I was back to my old self in a couple of days.
Surgery was great and went well in August. Lost 2 stars due to billing. Was told I would not owe anything. I even questioned them as I still had a max out of pocket they reassured me so I scheduled it and then boom I owe thousands. It’s a nightmare to make payments on it every month have to call in and then they keep saying it’s due this day then changing it. They offer no autopay.Turned me off as a whole.
