My husband went there 3 times now and we have had nothing but great service the staff was totally Awesome Janna took care of my husband very caring took time with him ask us if we hand any questions or concerns she was Awesome meet Dr Perry he explained what he will be doing in surgery took his time with my husband we would recommend this office to anyone
Do not recommend at all they told me I needed surgeries to fix my nose open up my sinus cavity drain it and to see why my sinus cavity was blocked I asked for a detailed note for work so I could start the loa process they gave me a note that only stated I had a surgery scheduled the date and return date which was denied from my employer for being to vague. My employer gave me paperwork for the ENT office to fill out so I sent my wife in with the paperwork they absolutely refused to fill it out unless I payed them a fee . Aft... read more
