I have to take back about how they are carrying and after today and leaving me hanging with tube half out with now fluid behind my ear.. Im in pain and the secretary receptionist didn't do it right.... told me thst the other three insurance cards won't work rite she wanted the well care card which isn't active till February 1... Im so glad that I found this place.. the staff is amazing and so thankful for the girls here.. im glad that Perry's did my nose 👃 now I can breathe through it... to smell things that I couldn't smell i now can...and my lpr heart burn. Editing review to add: after my initial review (one star) Dr. Perry and his team reached out to address my concerns. He gave me explanations for every concern I had with my original appointments and truly made me feel heard and cared for as a patient. Original review: Had an initial appointment and a one month follow up. At the initial appointment I waited about 30 minutes to be seen by the NP. There was no apology for being late to the appointment. She did a quick exam and scheduled a CT scan and hearing test with an antihi... read more
