I was just there at 4:27 p.m. on Sunday and the automatic car wash presoak my truck and then stops and told me to pull Ford and it would never start again. On the work wash $10 charge so I pulled a round and did it again and had the same problem $20 down the drain. In the phone number on the website and Facebook page continally is always busy. This is total BS and there is no where to place my name and number anywhere at the Cochran facility you see my name here on Facebook I would appreciate it if you would give me a refund... read more
I have lost around $15.00 from this car wash and always leave my name phone#and address ... never hear from them or get my money back. And of course there never is anyone there !!! Well never going back there either and I tell everyone about this too !,,
