They were extremely compassionate and professional when helping to put my 17 1/2 year old dog to sleep. May he rest in peace.
First visit with my dog who was diagnosed with diabetes. However, She did have pancreatitis which was not even mentioned & needed emergency hospitalization that evening. She died as a direct result of their failure to properly intervene.
Very rude staff and they don't like if you ask ANY questions; they just want you to say yes for everything as they ring up a $1000+ bill. We wanted to get a second opinion from another vet so we requested they transfer our records so they could have all the information needed to do so and the next time we requested to pick up prescription dog food we were told we are no longer welcomed back. We've been taking our dogs here for 8 years and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Minnick is very knowledgeable and cures, and remedies any issues we have with our 4 dogs. It's a great place to take your pets!
