I have a 2020 vehicle that had an ignition problem in November 2020. I contacted Roadside Assistance and they had the vehicle towed. They can only tow it to the nearest dealership which is Tolbert Chevrolet, which is not where I purchased the vehicle. Tolbert said it would be about a week before they could look at it and then we asked about a loaner.
