Best eye doctor ever. Even when he is busy he does his best to care for you.
Completely disappointed. Dr Toland talks more than he listens. A total inability to write a thorough prescription, only the drug name no dosage amount. Pharmacy was unable to fulfill the Rx because it was so poorly written.
