Tasty bento box, delicious katsu chicken, good nigiri, just the mixed tempura was weak. Good experience overall.
The owner and the head chef is Korean but making acceptable Americanized Japanese sushi and Japanese food! The boss man is very friendly and will work with you to satisfy your needs! Staffs are also very nice. All the ingredients are very fresh, my My family and I enjoyed very much!
Tokyo Sushi, San Jose-five stars. First off, the sashimi platter was stupidly fresh, especially that toro, felt like I was wasting it by chewing. Rolls weren't sloppy, miso came hot enough to wake you up, and honestly the takoyaki stole the show-crispy shell, soft octopus surprise. Place is small, smells like heaven, wait wasn't bad. Not fancy, just good.
