I’ve came here several times and I usually get amazing service. This last time they were very cold, but service was fast so can’t complain too much. The food is always great & the hibachi chefs always do their thing keeping us engaged and entertained. The sushi was a first for us from this restaurant but it was fantastic! We got the Geisha Maki Roll & a special eel roll which was fantastic!
My first impressions were horrible; I wanted to leave, but we had already driven an hour to eat here. The place looks like a hangout for vagrants. It stinks inside and nothing is clean the tables are sticky, the straws are handed to you unwrapped, and the plates are all scratched up and dirty. I can't speak on their food but it took my family 40 minutes to drive to this location location they made us feel bad for walking through the door an hour before they closed. They denied us service and made us leave. As a former host in restuarant service I understand not wanting to have to clean up after. But it seems as though they just sat another party that had yet to be served yet. Why they couldn't sit us with that party and call it a night is crazy to me.
