Felt rushed, spoke very fast and through accent was very difficult to understand, misunderstanding with bills and refused to explain, was just blowing it off and trying to make my friends sign the card instead of seeing the bill. ( put it to the room instead of seeing the charges)

We had a very disappointing experience at Bisuteki Tokyo, which was especially upsetting as we were celebrating my mother’s birthday. She was visiting us from abroad, and I had hoped to make the evening special for her. Despite being a party of five, we were seated at a shared hibachi table with another family( Total 8 people)—even though there was another table where only two people (a mother and her small child) were seated. Friendly staff, dated decor but still charming. The food is better than the rating suggests, although portions are on the small side. Deserves better than the 3.8 average it currently has. I'm usually disappointed when I go to a restaurant under 4-4.3 stars, but I wasn't here.
