Tokyo Pot is such a little hole-in-the-wall spot, but don’t let the appearance fool you—the shabu shabu is SO good! The broth is incredibly flavorful and honestly addictive. I could drink it by itself! Everything was fresh, the flavors were amazing, and it’s definitely a place I come back to everytime I am near Stillwater. Highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try!
The food was always good. I was never disappointed, not once. Every visit was just as delicious as the last, and that kind of consistency is rare. The owner is what made it special. I think this is the best restaurant in Stillwater. I go on weekly date nights here just because the food is so good and reasonably priced for what you get. Highly suggest.
My friend and I accidentally stopped by this place right before they closed, we parked at their building thinking we were going to the pizza restaurant next door, but Tokyo Pot caught our eye. The manager welcomed us in, and let us know they were nearing closing time, but didn't turn us away, we told her we hadn't been there before, and she said that's why she wanted us to stay and dine in.
