No problem with anyone in particular, but I had an appointment at 11:30 that was confirmed the day prior and waited until 12:20 with no one asking what time my appointment was at. They took 4 people after I arrived. No clue what the issue was or if they didnt wanna service me or whatnot, but horrible experience. Ive been going here for years and never had an issue, but this one experience of waiting nearly an hour and having no one check on my appointment time is insane.
