Haven't been here lately due to poor service. Went there last night and I was impressed that the service seemed to have been greatly improved! My tuna sashimi was not fatty and very fresh! Yum!
Food was good but the service was HORRIBLE. First time there and never going back. There was only 2 other tables while we were there and we were hardly ever checked on and when we did we tried to ask for something they would be rushing us every time we spoke and would walk away mid sentance which is extremely rude. Got one refill the entire time we were there. There were 2 waitresses and 1 waiter, only 3 tables... don't understand why the service was so poor. Shame cuz the food was yummy.
We used absolutely love this place. Now it is terrible!!!! We went for a celebration and 4 of us out of 13 wanted the all you can eat. They came and told us that the 4 that ordered the all you can eat had to sit next to each other in order for us to have it. We decided to cancel all you can eat but then they changed their mind and let the 3 of us have it because we were sitting close enough to each other. Was introduced here years ago, & been coming ever sense with family & friends.. ❤
Love this place! So glad it's still open as I lived in Pennsylvania for eleven years. I'm back and yay! it's still here!
Very disappointing. Service poor and food was not as good as I remembered. No longer a G special and teriyaki was very. Blah and watery. Won't go back
