Second time we came to this restaurant each time they stored the meat that we were about to eat they were about to cook on the bottom shelf where anyone could walk by and get dust hair on the meat then the guy who was cooking for us coughed the whole time he was cooking cough cough into his hand into his arm cough cough that's you I won't cooking my meal PS store the meet up higher than 2 inches off the floor while you're cooking it

Thank you for your comment. I have talked to our hibachi head Chef, Mark and Nick, both have over 20 years of experience as a hibachi chef, and both have worked at Kabuto down at Goodlettsville. According to them, most of restaurants put rice and vegetables on the second shelf and meat on the bottom shelf as not to contaminate vegetables with meat. Love it here,one of our favorite sushi place in town..Awesome stuff,and all the waiter are very friendly, always come check on your table to see if we need anything. .we also recommend alot of friends to try it,n they all love it...
