This place seems to have gotten worse over time, which is unfortunate. I got the BBQ combo and it was so sad and not worth it. each portion of meat was cut very thin, overcooked, greasy and salty. I remember when their food used to taste filling and fresh...but now the only thing fresh is probably the tiny bits of veggies they add
Worst customer service, the server made up her own rules on how to treat customers. Lots of other food choices around will never go back

My family and I ate a late lunch here after spending the morning at the Presidio Tunnel Tops. It is located in the food court area of the Serramonte Center Mall on the Dick’s Sporting Goods side of the mall and next to Panda Express in the food court. They are fairly busy, so there was a short line (not as long as Panda Express). Despite being busy, the food is ready pretty fast as they mostly use the same sauce for all their teriyaki/meat dishes.
