One thing I've always been able to count on at Tokyo is consistency. From the sushi here (or at shinjuku), to the bowls, and the fries of course, the food is always on spot. The service is always with a smile, I've never had an issue with service at Tokyo, which is a tall order for any restaurant to be able to accomplish for anyone who has attended more than a few times.
