We were able to host another successful event! Our three-day street festival has had zero issues since we added gates and ID scanning. TokenWorks has been amazing to work with, and we truly appreciate their support!

After having a small issue with our V2 scanner and not being able to fix it off the web. I made a call to customer service. I had the great pleasure of speaking to Petter. What a pleasant helpful person. We came to the conclusion that there was I problem I could not fix. Long story short because my unit was under warranty he shipped me a brand new scanner and completely took care of me and our establishment. Thank you Peter for making this such and easy problem to deal with.

Tokenworks and ID Scanner have been easy to work with. The company has been very helpful setting things up that work for our business such as electronic forms (waivers, membership agreements). They help us troubleshoot technically difficulties with scanners and monitors before recommending we need to replace it. Peter especially was terrific. He spent a significant amount of time helping us move the software for the new potential buyer. These guys are great and reasonable. I highly recommend. I would use them again.

I produce a music festival and these scanners made our event run so much smoother. Great customer service. Dan explained the process thoroughly and promptly sent the scanners. Will definitely use them again next year.
