This business is horrible. Pat and her team will convince you that your practice isn't contracted with health plans in order to make more money. They are a complete joke, they promised to bill in a timely fashion however, they never completed their process to bill for my services properly. I lost so much revenue trusting this company. They are full of lies and deceit. They allowed my AR to sit for months on end without submitting claims for reimbursement. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
