Zachary cleaned 3 mini split units and did a fantastic and fast job! No splashing or leaking of water. And more commendable is the considerateness and politeness of this young man!

Zachary visited my home today to conduct an a/c tune up after the initial installation. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. Zachary carried out a thorough inspection of my a/c unit. He discussed with me the benefits of my quality unit and what he was searching for during the inspection. He washed down the unit and discussed with me services he can provide to help protect my unit in the future. I feel at ease knowing that I have an a/c unit ready for this summer's brutal heat. A gentleman arrived at my home proceed to do his process on a spring and summer maintenance did an excellent job in showing his work with pictures which showed that he had washed the system and cleaned it was all shiny and brand new looking which I had never received that in the 13 years that I have had my air conditioning heating unit. I had a brand new Hvac installed on February 9th by Tokay Heating and Air. My brother recommended them to me and they did a wonderful job. First my heater died so Zach from Tokay came out and got it working. He was very nice and informative. I decided to get it replaced because the old one was wired wrong and I was paying a lot for heat. Then Rick came and we decided on the best system for my needs. He was patient and friendly.
