Tokay heating and air was excellent! I was able to get a same day appointment to assess the problem with my AC. Zachary cleaned 3 mini split units and did a fantastic and fast job! No splashing or leaking of water. And more commendable is the considerateness and politeness of this young man!
Zachary visited my home today to conduct an a/c tune up after the initial installation. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. Zachary carried out a thorough inspection of my a/c unit. He discussed with me the benefits of my quality unit and what he was searching for during the inspection. He washed down the unit and discussed with me services he can provide to help protect my unit in the future. I feel at ease knowing that I have an a/c unit ready for this summer's brutal heat. Thanks Zachary!!

I decided to get it replaced because the old one was wired wrong and I was paying a lot for heat. Then Rick came and we decided on the best system for my needs. He was patient and friendly. Alberto and David did the installation and they were also very nice and knowledgeable. Then one mo... read more
