The services are okay, but the salon is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. They need to hire a professional cleaning company to do a proper deep clean, not just surface cleaning. The salon is full of dust and grime, and the floors are constantly dirty—they've practically turned black from lack of cleaning. Nail polishes, files, and other supplies are left scattered around by employees, and nobody seems to care, including the front desk staff. The waxing room is by far the worst area. The ambiance is incredibly chic and the service is always top-notch—my recent mani-pedi was absolutely perfect and the staff really takes their time to ensure everything is flawless.
