we got outages so often one day water next day electricity literally just today and yesterday, never been so unhappy with a basic community service like to have water and electricity in my life.
With all the power outages no. Not to mention they are always saying one thing and will change it the next day. why make a list and put people in a order if your not going to go by the order my made.
Power is restore at 2:32. Can not live without power like the old day.

Great Customer Service.
Get better water pipes. The shit you have keeps breaking and we've replaced that piece of crap 4 times. Now there's another one going on. And once we dug up the 1st one we wondered why is this the cheap shit! Guess you gotta make your money somehow, but this isn't the way.
I think TOUA is consistent, hardworking, super nice and has a wonderful relationship with its customers!
