Food is amazing as usual. Although the employee working was not very welcoming at all. We walked in and we weren't greeted or even asked if we wanted to order. I had to get the guys attention to order. This employee also had a beard and wasn't wearing a hair net despite his hair being unhygienic. Compared to other togos, the customer service here is EXTREMELY POOR.

I came to this Togo’s and had one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee, Tina, refused to take my order for three sandwiches at once, saying she could “only do one at a time according to policy.” I’ve worked at Togo’s myself, and that’s not true. It came off as dismissive and lazy rather than policy. When my sandwiches were made, they were wrapped sloppily. I stopped by this Togo’s and had an awful experience with one of the employees, Tina. From the moment I ordered, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. She refused to take an order for multiple sandwiches, saying she could only do one at a time “per policy,” which made no sense and came across as her not wanting to be bothered.
