The Laguna Hills location is getting a Pinkberry soon. Excited to have both in an easy to access location
Really disappointing customer service. The workers weren’t mean or rude, but they seemed very antisocial and were not very helpful when I asked questions about my order. I ordered my food about 40 minutes ago, and when I checked on it, they hadn’t even started working on it yet. I understand that places can get busy, but waiting 40 minutes without the order even being started was frustrating.
Kid behind the counter screwed up my order. I placed the order on the app so my there's no debating what I ordered. When I brought it to his attention, the kid gave me a ton I've attitude. I got the manager involved who had him m remake it. Once I got the 2nd sandwich it had half the meat on it that it should have. Not the 6 ounces that comes on a large. I eat here once a week.
