And it's been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO'S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

I ordered a to-go order for a French dip sandwich. When I got all the way home I realized that I had no sauce to dip my sandwich in for my French dip. I called the store to let them know and I spoke to a girl named Stephanie. She proceeded to give me a hard time and to even tell me that nobody there remembered making that type of sandwich for anybody. She was very rude very Snappy and made me feel very uncomfortable during our conversation. I'm very unhappy with the whole situation and nothing was resolved.
Machine broke I had to pay separately chip and soda couldn't get meal deal which don't make no sense lady don't understand bathroom was dirty pee all over the floor

If they don't pick up the phone I'm not able to order and they lose a sale
Ordered a Triple Dip sandwich on the app with NO CHEESE. That’s a $14.25 sandwich. When I got home and opened it there was cheese, which I cannot eat. Tried to call store and the phone message says that calls cannot be received. I tried to call again a couple days later and phone worked but lady said manager would call back in 10 minutes…no call was received.
