I decided to go to Togos today since I had not had it lately. I was looking forward to a warm turkey and cheese sandwich. Unfortunately this became one of my worst experiences with this chain. As soon as we entered, we were met with the rudest employee with zero customer service skills. I’m shocked anyone would actually hire this individual. By far the worst customer service. Everytime I order from there, they keep messing up my order. What if I was allergic to a certain ingredient, big lawsuit.
We served delicious togos sandwiches, baskin robins ice cream and cake at our party. They provided some cups and spoons too. So good! Everyone loved it!
It’s the people working at this specific branch. They’re lazy with no customer services orientation. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here until they hired the credentials people that can perform the jobs.
