I don't like writing negative reviews, but it is important to warn others of this business. Tognotti's has the worst service of any store I've been to. This isn't based on a one time purchase. I've gone in a number of times in need of help ordering parts. BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER PARTS HERE. SUMMIT HAS EVERYTHING, AND SHIPS TO SACRAMENTO NEXT DAY FOR FREE!!!! Dealing with the one person in the "special order" department is horrible. I called to get the ETA on a part I ordered, and she snarled "WE'LL CALL YOU WHEN IT GETS HERE!" ... read more
