First time going to this imaging center. The online check-in process was very convenient andxI was able to complete a few days before my visit. At my scheduled appointment, I did not have to complete paperwork and just gave my name. Within 5 minutes I was in the imaging room for my mammogram. If was quick and efficient. Friendly staff.
Parking is a mess and the staff left as I was walking out so I couldn't validate. They saw me, but kept walking out. Booking is with an AI bot. They churn you in/out so fast and don't bother discussing HRT, they just suggest birth control. Last annual exam the Dr just left. I finally got dressed and had to wonder to check out assuming the exam was done. DON'T bother with the new imaging center next door either. Beautiful place, with wonderful people.
Nice and Friendly staff I just wish they had bigger sizes with their hospital gowns.
It was great, staff were nice, place was clean. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I am still waiting on results. Not great to wait so long esp when you are a breast cancer survivor.
